The Inaugural Immune Modulation and Engineering Symposium was hosted at The Study and the Bossone 3rd Floor Atrium on Drexel's campus. Co-chairing the conference were Drs. Kara Spiller, Yinghui Zhong, and Chris Rodell. The Symposium served as the capstone event for the Immunomodulation Seminar Series hosted by Drexel's School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems throughout the year to build a community among researchers across disciplines who study immunomodulation. The goal of this conference is to bring together leaders who are pioneering strategies to modulate the immune response to treat disease or promote tissue regeneration following injury.
